Circular Spring
Classification and selection methods of circular spring:
- External circular spring for shafts
The outer diameter of the hole circular spring is larger than the assembly hole. When installing, use a circular spring plier to clamp the circular spring to reduce its outer diameter so that it can be inserted into the round hole, using the rebound tension to maintain stability. - Internal circular spring for holes
E-type circular springs have a wide range of applications, from ordinary pliers to large printers and industrial machines, primarily serving as retaining rings, and specialized tools are required for both installation and disassembly. - E-type circular spring retaining ring
C-type stop circular springs for shafts are versatile circular springs that sit between shaft circular springs and hole circular springs. When disassembling and reassembling mechanical shaft components, if it is unclear whether to use a shaft or hole circular spring, a C-type circular spring should be used as a substitute. - C-type shaft stop ring
When selecting a circular spring, it is usually chosen based on the diameter of the shaft. The diameter of the shaft equals the specification of the circular spring, and there is no need to intentionally add or subtract data from size changes that occur during installation. Simply put, the larger the shaft, the larger the circular spring selected.
