Compressed Spring Manufacturer
Characteristics of compression springs
Compression springs are spiral springs that bear axial pressure. They can be open-ended or closed-ended, or they may have flat or ground ends. The cross-section of the material is mostly round, but rectangular and multiple strands of steel can also be used. The springs can have either constant or variable pitch. The shapes of compression springs include cylindrical, conical, convex, and concave, as well as a small number of non-circular shapes and various end variants. The spacing between coils allows for deformation and storage of elastic energy when subjected to external loads.
Applications of compression springs
Compression springs are one of the most widely used types of springs in various products. Their application range spans electronics, motors, computers, information technology, automotive, bicycles, hardware tools, gifts, toys, and even national defense industries. This is due to the ease of mastering their design and principles, as well as relatively simple manufacturing controls.
