The installation steps for the tension spring are as follows:

1. Take the tension spring out of the packaging box. If the tension spring is coiled, it should be unfolded and placed on a flat surface like a table or floor.
2. Align one end of the tension spring with the screw head and tighten it firmly. If the tension spring is not fully tightened, use a wrench to tighten it a bit more (about 1mm).
3. When installing another one to the desired length, simply loosen the screw on one of them. Note to ensure that both are completely tightened before proceeding to the next step.
4. After installation, turn the nut by hand to check if it is secure (do not rotate too much at this point). If there is any looseness, re-tighten the screw head or replace it with a new bolt head; if it is not loose, no adjustment or disassembly is needed; if any severe thread wear is found, a new threaded part needs to be replaced in time (special threaded parts can be purchased).
5. During the installation process, be careful to avoid damaging other parts and affecting aesthetics (for example: do not use a hammer to strike the bolt, and do not place heavy objects on the bolt head, etc.).
6. After completing the entire assembly, you can turn the nut by hand to check if it is secure (do not rotate too much at this point). If there is any looseness, re-tighten the screw head and replace it with a new bolt head; if it is not loose, no adjustment or disassembly is needed; if any severe thread wear is found, a new threaded part needs to be replaced in time (special threaded parts can be purchased).

For equipment that requires waterproofing, it is necessary to use anti-rust oil to lubricate the surfaces of the sealing ring, bearing hole, and the connection between the shaft sleeve and the frame to prevent rust and malfunction. 8.
