After the scroll spring is made, it cannot be immediately removed. The mold that the spring is wound around should be sent to the heating furnace for heating. When it reaches the quenching temperature, the mold and the spring assembly should be taken out and placed in suitable oil for quenching. Then, the assembly should be heated to the tempering temperature and held for a period of time before being removed.

The finished scroll spring should have evenly transitioned coils without any concave or convex phenomena. The surface should be smooth, and the sharp edges on the sides should be beveled or rounded. The surface of the scroll spring should undergo oxidation treatment or other anti-corrosion treatment.

This is the manufacturing process of the scroll spring, and the scroll spring that has undergone this treatment possesses strong elasticity, while also becoming the core part of the spring balancer.
